UJA-Federation of New York's Supplies for Success
Brooklyn volunteers make a difference for underprivileged school children

Volunteers filled 1,400 new backpacks with school supplies for children in need at UJA-Federation of New York’s annual Supplies for Success backpack assembly event on Wednesday, August 23, 2017. Supplies for Success, now in its 16th year, has helped nearly 50,000 students by sending them back to school with the tools they need to have a successful year. The backpacks will be distributed through The Educational Alliance, The Jewish Board, JCCA, Jewish Community Center of Marine Park, and New York Legal Assistance Group, as well as Good + Foundation and Lawyers for Children.
