Heartfulness Meditation Conference

New Jersey has heart. Tap into it with the most effective meditation practice you've never heard of.

The Heartful Conference at the NewJersey Performing Arts Center will feature NY Times best-selling author and avid meditator Gabrielle Bernstein, named "a next-generation thought leader" by Oprah Winfrey, and a guided, heart-centered meditation session followed by a Q&A with Kamlesh D. Patel, the global guide of Heartfulness worldwide.

This unique event will also feature classical Indian music with Grammy-nominated flutist, Maestro Shashank. An expert by the age of six, Shashank’s landmark concerts over thirty years include performances at The Smithsonian, The Kennedy Center and the National Academy of Sciences. Acclaimed folk musician and comedian Honor Finnegan will share her special blend of quirky indie-folk.

With over 1 million people having practiced Heartfulness mediation around the globe, the conference is an opportunity for both those new to the practice and experienced meditators to learn the simple yet effective Heartfulness technique, along with the science and benefits of getting out of the mind and into the heart.
