Inspired by Galuten’s love of bright flavors, comfort foods, and veggie‑forward dishes, this special event brings the spirit of outdoor grilling indoors. Chef Wargo will curate a multi‑course menu drawn from GRILL TIME!, highlighting seasonal ingredients, live‑fire techniques, and bold, approachable flavors designed for gathering and sharing.
Menu highlights include a selection of grilled appetizers, citrus and fennel salad with grilled avocado, smoked miso black cod, grilled tomahawk ribeye with seasonal sides, and a grilled stone fruit dessert—each course inspired by GRILL TIME! and thoughtfully prepared by the Patina 250 culinary team.
