BUFFALO, N.Y. — The University at Buffalo School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) will host an information session for individuals interested in learning about the center’s Leadership Coaching certification.

Leaders, managers and current and prospective leadership coaches are encouraged to attend the virtual open house from 4-5 p.m. on May 26 via Zoom.

CLOE Executive Director Molly Anderson and program facilitators Marsha King and Neil Stroul will provide an overview of the program and answer any questions.

CLOE’s Leadership Coaching certification is a four-course program where participants build foundational and advanced leadership coaching skills, gain expertise in assessment and feedback, and get hands-on experience with real-world coaching.

Classes for the next round of Leadership Coaching certification will begin on Sept. 28. To learn more, visit mgt.buffalo.edu/cloecoaching.

Launched in fall 2013, CLOE strives to create more effective leaders and organizations. One of the center’s key objectives is to advance research and teaching in the area of leadership and its impact on organizational effectiveness. It also supports UB’s goals of accelerating academic excellence, translating scholarship and developing leadership capabilities in UB students and business leaders.
