Why This Fundraiser Matters
Community events may be accessible to the public, but they still require funding, supplies, equipment, staffing, and ongoing care.
Donations raised through the Fall Harvest Gathering will help support:
• Future community arts programming
• Garden maintenance and expansion
• Art and activity supplies
• Sound equipment and event production
• Seating, signage, food, and hospitality supplies
• Local artists, performers, and community workers
• Additional accessible gatherings throughout the year
Guests are encouraged to contribute $5, $10, $25, $50, or any amount that feels accessible.
Attendance is not dependent on making a donation.
Guests who donate may choose a bag of seasonal harvest goodies to take home while supplies last.
What to Expect
The gathering will include:
• Community open mic
• Live DJ and performances
• Open arts and crafts
• Community conversation
• Creative networking
• Garden and seasonal activities
• Food and grilling
• Opportunities to meet local artists and neighbors
Guests may bring their own beverages and food for the grill.
Artists are also invited to bring artwork to display throughout the garden. No previous artistic or performance experience is required.
The open mic begins at 4 PM. Musicians, poets, singers, spoken-word artists, comedians, storytellers, and other performers are welcome to participate. Sign-up instructions will be shared at the event.
Volunteer and In-Kind Support
Volunteers may arrive at 2 PM to help prepare the garden, organize the craft area, arrange seating, set up sound equipment, welcome guests, support activities, and assist with cleanup.
