BOERUM HILL— Boerum Hill Dry Cleaners plans to relocate within the next month or two, according to Benny Wadler, a broker marketing its storefront at 391 Pacific St.
The property, at the corner of Pacific and Bond streets, is listed for $10,000 a month.
The storefront has not been available for lease in 50 years, according to the property listing.
The listing describes about 1,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, plus a basement, with 21 feet of storefront frontage along Pacific Street. The lease term remains negotiable.
The advertised rent equals $120 per square foot annually under a modified-gross lease.
The building, constructed in 1937, contains 4,410 square feet of total leasable space.
