Brooklyn Soda Works night debuts this Thursday at Seersucker restaurant on Smith Street to serve hand-crafted root beer all night, or until the keg is tapped.
BSW's artisinal root beer is naturally flavored with birch bark, wintergreen, allspice and vanilla. Diners may try a special root beer float with Blue Marble vanilla ice cream, available with BSW soda that evening only.
