BQE STEEPLE FLEA MARKET

You may find just the thing you have been searching for or you might like to sell some of your own wares or collectibles.  Or, like me, you may want to head directly to the food trucks. Whatever the case may be, be sure to mark your calendars for the BQE Steeple Flea Market to be held in the Sacred Hearts/St. Stephen Church Yard on Saturday, June 21 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The church yard is located right alongside the church on Summit and Hicks Streets and extends to Carroll Street.

The flea market is a community outreach/fundraising event for the SHSS parish and all are welcome.  Admission is free; no tickets are necessary. Anyone may sell for a donation of $25 or $30 (your choice). You may bring your own tables and tents. Spaces are approximately 10'x10'.  A limited number of tables are also available for a nominal rental fee of $5. Prior notice to sell is required so please contact BQESteepleFlea@gmail.com to reserve a spot. Spaces are going quickly.

Sacred Hearts/St. Stephen’s, the oldest Italian-American parish in Brooklyn, will also be open  during the duration of the flea market for those who might like to explore the inside of this historic church including the beautiful stained glass windows and statuary.
