Join us for the family day of Smith Street Maternelle’s First Annual Spring Arts Festival — a joyful way to discover Smith Street life, explore children’s artwork, and spend a beautiful day together.
Families are invited to spend time in the children’s exhibition, take part in hands-on art workshops, enjoy a puppet show, visit Le Petit Café, browse La Boutique, and relax in a play area designed for our youngest guests.
Over the past few months, the children have been immersed in the world of puppet-making: inventing characters, creating personalities, building narratives, and bringing imagined worlds to life. This festival is a chance to step inside that work and celebrate the humor, tenderness, language, and creativity that have emerged along the way.

Tickets are offered as a suggested donation in support of Smith Street Maternelle’s Tuition Assistance Fund. We warmly welcome all families, regardless of their ability to contribute.
Every dollar raised helps expand access to our bilingual early childhood programs. Tickets are timed for entry, but families are welcome to stay as long as they like.
