Carroll Gardens Association Highlights Townhall With Nanny Cooperatives In NYC

In partnership with the Center for Family Life, The ICA Group, and La Colmena, we convened a townhall with nanny cooperatives in NYC. Worker-owners from Beyond Care, Hopewell Care, Love & Learn and NannyBee shared their experiences managing their businesses during COVID-19 and generated collective strategies to support each other through their recovery efforts. We are looking forward to convene a second gathering on December 11th to map specific support around collective marketing, centralizing back office systems, and supporting members with technology trainings.
