Officially reopened, from a year or more renovating, since Daycare center took it's place between Carroll and President Street. Center is now located in lower level- it's new director is Carol Reid, Maria is their new Program Director. We welcome new seniors - new registration as well as reregistration program. Month of August, is very interesting- there is a trip to Atlantic City- Hilton casino-$28.00 you get bk $25. voucher. Exercise- Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday with Naombi- yoga on Wed. and Zuma on Thursday- dance to Latin Carol -Art teacher. Tom our Hairdresser- Please ph 718-596-1956 -to book an apptment for hair or to go to A/C Last Friday of month- USPS truck stationed outside of senior center There are great hot lunches -Victor our cook whips out very tasty meals. Current Events. Conversational Bingo along with other activities. Mornings with Naombi exercise class start at 9:00 am. Seniors play Wii -bowling in the morning Hours of senior center are 8:30 - 4:30 pm. Stop by and register - bring your creative ideas and let's party. Talking about partying- we have our last week in August and every month our DJ comes and there is dancing to celebrate August birthdays. Jewelry making with Carol Reid will be coming soon too.
