New specials on the Crave menu include:
- Chili in a cornbread cup topped with ancho chile froth
- Croquettas with chorizo, queso de Cabrales and caramelized apple with a honey-lime drizzle
- Wild forest mushroom soup shot with Parmesan foam and Spanish olive oil
- Caramelized onion and brie tart with a telicherry balsamic reduction
- Artichokes and speck on country toast with garlic honey and Parmesan
- Warm celery root cake with Six Point stout peanut butter ice cream
Each plate has been masterfully paired with Crave's refreshed list of Italian wines. The deal is on for Friday only.
