This class, titled The Classics: Italian Sausages, Bratwurst, and Bangers, will give students a foundation for making any type of sausage. Brooklyn Cured founder Scott Bridi will teach the class. Students will get hands-on practice, and even get to take home some of the fruits of their labor.
