Community Board 2 will hold public hearings on the following two applications to construct and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café:
- Hersha Hospitality Management LP, doing business as the NU Hotel, 85 Smith Street between Atlantic Avenue and State Street — 25 tables and 52 seats
- 419 Myrtle Rest. Corp., 419 Myrtle Avenue at the northwest corner of Clinton Avenue — 31 tables and 70 seats
Community Board 2 is holding these hearings to provide the public with the opportunity to comment on the applications. Community groups and individuals representing all segments of the community are encouraged to participate.
