Cooking 101: Organic, Local, and Sustainable

This vegetarian-friendly class taught by Cheryl Paswater will discuss local, organic and sustainable food and basic cooking, as well as creating a take home meal for the next day. Participants are encouraged to bring questions about cooking and shopping for organic, sustainable food.
