MEET FAIRWAY’S FOOD ROCK STARS – ‘BBQ EDITION’– ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 4^TH  FROM 11 AM TO 2 PM IN RED HOOK STORE with GRILLING SEMINAR FROM 12 TO 2 PM AT THE PATIO GRILL

Come meet Fairway’s Food Rock Stars in the store for summer food inspiration and entertaining ideas to make your friends and family weep with culinary joy from 11 am to 2 pm in Fairway Market Red Hook (480-500 Van Brunt Street) on Saturday, August 4, 2012.  From noon to 2 pm there will be a grilling seminar starting at noon with three of the Food World Giants!!!  Ray Venezia, Fairway’s Master Butcher, Steve Jenkins, Fairway’s cheesemonger and Mitchel London, Fairway’s Chef de Cuisine will be at the Patio Grill outside on the waterfront.  These internationally acclaimed and beloved experts on all things meat, cheese, and cooking will lead a dynamic conversation with customers. Ray will demo his knife prowess, Steve will pull out some additions to make any BBQ outstanding and Mitchel will help turn everything into a feast.  In addition the Rock Stars will be inside the store offering samples and information:
