Farm Fresh Supper Club

Join chefs William Griffin and Jonathan Meyer of I8NY their first supper club, featuring ingredients from the Local Roots CSA.

Menu:
Starters
select artisinal toast, heirloom bean puree with rosemary, whipped ricotta with sea salt

First
salad of summer lettuces

Second
fresh egg fettuccine: basil and chive pesto, roasted garlic, summer squash

Main
red wine braised short ribs: currants, turnips, carrots, radishes

Dessert
panna cotta with summer berries  

Wine, beer and other beverages will be available at the bar
