This three-part course will follow pizza's evolution from its humble beginnings in Southern Italy to the port of New York City and beyond. Participants will trace the "historic factors that shaped all your favorite pizza styles and answer the questions you've always wanted to ask. And, yes, there will be pizza served at every class!"
