Join the Brooklyn Youth Chorus, composer David T. Little and librettist Royce Vavrek for this multimedia project, which weaves in the words of Walt Whitman and Hart Crane, and Brooklyn references from the 19th century to the present. Brooklyn Philharmonic choristers will rely on their versatile training to assume multiple roles for this eclectic work. The piece will be framed by several other works, including the world premiere of a BYC commission by lauded composer Sarah Kirkland Snider.
