Interactive Map of Brooklyn's Worst Landlords

Public advocate Bill DiBlasio released his annual "worst landlord watchlist" yesterday, which publicizes the names of landlords with repeated infractions like no electricity, plumbing issues, infestations, etc.

The highest concentrations of negligent landlords were in Bed Stuy, Crown Heights, and East New York. Of the 157 landlords listed in Brooklyn, only one hails from this area, and even he appeared near the bottom of the list.

Geritano could not be reached for comment, and the owner of Carroll Gardens Fish Market declined to speak with a reporter.
