All pieces originally purchased in '08. Sofa has been regularly used for past 6 years; Ottoman & chair have been rarely used, both look and feel like new. All pieces have made several moves. Due to the size of the sofa, it's not ideal for narrow apartments or narrow hallways/turns when moving.
I don't smoke, have any pets and/or children.
All seat cushions cannot be removed and sofa shows minor wear and tear from moves/use, however is by no means worn out. Wooden feet can be removed with a Phillips head screwdriver.
If purchased, all pieces will need to be picked up and moved from current location. I would recommend (2) men and a larger van/truck for moving. Current location is on the 2nd floor of a brownstone and will not provide much difficulty removing from the building. Cash or certified/bank checks only.
