One Girl Cookies to Open DUMBO Location

Cookie and confectionery fans rejoice - Grub Street New York is the bearer of good tidings, courtesy of Crain's, with the news that is expanding business to a new location in DUMBO.

The new branch will set up shop in the clocktower building at One Main Street, and is expected to open early in the coming year, where patrons will be able to enjoy One Girl breakfast, custom cakes and a plethora of cookie creations, baked at the Boerum Hill kitchen.

The shop's current location at 68 Dean Street, between Smith and Boerum Place, is already a popular haven of specialty cookies and other treats, where owner Dawn Casale has been honoring her grandmother's recipes since 2000.
