• NNYCF honors 23 Jefferson-Can Community Scholars (informnny.com) — Carthage Central students are among 23 Jefferson and Lewis County seniors honored as Jefferson-Can Community Scholars, each receiving at least $1,500 for their first year at Jefferson Community College. The long-running program, funded by JCC alumnus Stephen H. Can and the Northern New York Community Foundation, has now invested nearly $1.93 million in local academic achievers.
