Donnelly & Partners Announce Arrests, Restitution in Labor Fraud Crackdown (longisland.com) — A Cedarhurst resident is among four contractors charged in a Nassau County crackdown on alleged insurance and licensing fraud tied to home improvement work. Prosecutors say the broader initiative has also recovered nearly $650,000 in unpaid wages for 138 local workers, with several Nassau businesses ordered to repay employees and follow state labor and insurance laws more closely.
