$9.2M Winning Lotto Ticket Sold In Center Moriches

CENTER MORICHES, NY — Check your tickets — a $9.2 million first prize Lotto ticket was sold at King Kullen in Center Moriches on Saturday.

According to the New York Lottery, the ticket was the first prize in the Jan. 6 drawing; the winning numbers were 01-02-04-40-55-59, with bonus number 27. There was one jackpot winner, and no second prize winners.

The ticket was sold at the King Kullen located at 552 Montauk Highway in Center Moriches.

A post in Newsday said the winner has not yet come forward. Carolyn Hapeman, spokesperson for the New York Lottery, told Newsday she was eager for the winner to be revealed: “With all the hype over the Powerball and Mega Millions drawings last week, while nobody was looking someone won $9.2 million,” from the Lotto. "We’re very excited at the prospect of meeting them.”
