Center Moriches 'Fugitive From Justice' Arrested: Sheriff
He was wanted on 2 warrants, for disseminating "obscene or intimate images" and "possession of dangerous drugs," Sheriff Errol Toulon says.

CENTER MORICHES, NY — A "fugitive from justice" from Center Moriches was brought into custody on Thursday, according to Suffolk County Sheriff Errol Toulon.
Sean Healy, 36, was arrested by investigators as a fugitive of justice out of Pennsylvania; Healy was wanted on two warrants: one for disseminating obscene or intimate images of a person out of Wayne County and one for possession of dangerous drugs out of Cumberland County, Toulon said.
Both offenses are punishable by one year or more in jail per Pennsylvania statutes, Toulon said.

The arrest is the result of a month’s long investigation involving the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office warrant bureau and domestic violence unit, and authorities in Pennsylvania, Toulon said.
Healy, transient since coming back to Suffolk County, was located at an address in Center Moriches and arrested without incident, Toulon said.

Extradition was confirmed with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania, and Healy will be arraigned Friday at First District Court on a fugitive complaint, Toulon said.
“Our investigators often work collaboratively with officers from other jurisdictions — both locally and from other states," Toulon said, adding that he was proud of his office's work in arresting Healy and returning him to Pennsylvania, "where he will answer for his crimes.”
