Center Moriches Middle School Students Visit Frost Valley
Annual Trip Emphasizes Teamwork and Collaboration
The Center Moriches Middle School eighth grade class recently traveled to Frost Valley YMCA for the District’s longstanding annual spring trip, continuing a cherished tradition that has provided generations of Center Moriches students with unforgettable outdoor learning experiences and opportunities for personal growth.
During their stay in the Catskill Mountains, students participated in a wide range of outdoor adventure and team-building activities, including rock climbing, ziplining, and project adventure games. Despite some rainy weather, students remained enthusiastic and fully engaged in the experience, enjoying all the challenges and excitement that Frost Valley has to offer.
Pockets of beautiful sunny weather allowed students to continue exploring the expansive campus and participate in additional recreational and educational activities alongside their classmates and faculty advisors Mr. Lawrence Voelger and Ms. Nancy Harkin.
