Mastic Man Charged With Criminal Trespassing In Eastport: PD
He was found in someone's rear, gated yard at 3:17 a.m., police say.
EASTPORT, NY — A Mastic man was arrested and charged after he was found trespassing in an Eastport yard early Thursday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 3:17 a.m., Patrick Fontaine, 40, was found trespassing in the rear, gated yard of a home on Andys Lane.
Fontaine was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters, and released on an appearance ticket, police said. He will be arraigned at Southampton Town Justice Court on a later date, police said.
