Woman, 20, Dies In LI Rollover Crash: Police

EAST MORICHES, NY — A woman died in an East Moriches crash Saturday night, police said.

According to Suffolk County police, the crash took place at 10:50 p.m. Olivia Montgomery, 20, of Farmingville, was driving a 2016 Dodge Ram onto westbound Sunrise Highway, from the Exit 61 ramp, when she lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway and overturned, throwing her from the vehicle, police said.

Montgomery was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner, police said.

The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
