NEW YORK CITY — A hotel in Chelsea has been sold for $50 million, according to a new report.
Manga Hotel Group bought the Chelsean New York Hotel at 158-162 West 25th Street on Monday, August. 31, The Real Deal reported.
The real estate group bought the property from Lam Generation, according to the outlet and public records.

The 22-floor hotel is walking distance to the Flatiron Building, Madison Square Park, Madison Square Garden, and the Museum at FIT.
