2 Women Arrested In Raid Of Illegal Commack Massage Parlor: Police

COMMACK, NY — Two women were arrested Thursday during a raid at an illegal massage parlor in Commack, Suffolk police said.

Jingru Liu, 45, of Flushing, Queens, and Changrong Li, 43, of Fresh Meadows, were each charged with unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution, police said.

Suffolk officials investigated Lily Spa, at 649 Commack Road, around 2:45 p.m. following community complaints, police said.

The Smithtown Fire Marshal issued 20 violations for fire code and building offenses, police said. Electrical violations made the shop unsafe for business, the Smithtown Building Department Inspector said.

Both women were given a field appearance ticket and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on another date.
