2 Women Used Stolen Credit Card At Commack Store: Police
A woman's cards were stolen from her purse while she was shopping at Costco, police say. The women tried to charge $2,300 to it, police say.

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the two women who, police said, used a stolen credit card at a Commack store in September.
A woman reported her credit cards were stolen from her purse, which was in a shopping cart at Costco, at 10 Garet Place, at approximately 4 p.m. Sept. 7, police said. The credit card was later used at Walmart, at 85 Crooked Hill Road, by two women who tried to charge more than $2,300 worth of merchandise to the card, police said. They are wanted for grand larceny.
Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
