3 Punch Walmart Employee In Commack: Police
The employee tried to stop the trio from mishandling merchandise and had to go to the hospital after they assaulted him, police say.
COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the three people who, police said, assaulted an employee at a Commack store.
An employee of Walmart, at 85 Crooked Hill Road, confronted two women and a man about their handling of merchandise around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, police said. The three people attacked the employee, punching him multiple times, police said. The employee was brought to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore for treatment of minor injuries, police said. The trio is wanted for assault.
