4 Injured In 2-Car Crash In Commack
Firefighters had to rescue 3 people trapped in one of the cars during the crash on Friday night.

COMMACK, NY - Four people were hospitalized after a two-car crash in Commack on Friday night.
Emergency responders from the Commack and Dix Hills Fire Departments as well as the Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded to the crash on Commack Road by Daly Road at about 6:50 p.m.

Firefighters used heavy rescue extrication tools to remove three people that were trapped in one of the cars involved.

The four injured were transported by Commack Ambulance and Dix Hills Rescue to Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip and Huntington Hospital.
