This year’s blood drive is especially timely because there is critical shortage of blood donations due to the aggressive flu epidemic.
Any resident between the ages of 16 years old (with signed parental consent) and 75 years old (or older with a doctor’s written permission) is encouraged to to donate blood in memory of Ciano to help ensure future availability for people in need.
