Bristal Residents Enjoy an Evening of Opera
Soprano, Taresa Blunda performed opera classics for the residents of The Bristal at East Northport for the 2nd Annual Candlelight Opera
The music of the night rang out as Soprano Taresa Blunda gave a captivating performance for the residents of The Bristal at East Northport for the 2nd Annual Candlelight Opera held in the grand lobby of the Bristal.
The arias included: “O mio babbino caro” from the opera, Gianni Schicchi, “Vissi d’arte” from the opera, Tosca, “Addio del passato” from the opera La Traviata, and “Quando m’en vo” from the opera, La Boheme.
Ms. Blunda also performed excerpts from Phantom of the Opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and songs by Andrea Bocelli, including “The Prayer,” which she sang in both English and Italian.
