The Suffolk Y JCC, in partnership with UJA-Federation of New York, will host the exclusive premiere of its student-produced Links 2 Legacy Holocaust documentary on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 4 p.m. at the Stage 74 Theater in Commack.
The original film is the culmination of the SYJCC’s Links 2 Legacy program, a hands-on Holocaust education initiative that brings local teens together with survivors to document their life stories. Over the past year, students met with survivors Ada Gracin, Walter Kleinmann, and Zelda Polofsky, learning their histories and preserving firsthand testimony through a powerful documentary experience.
The screening will be followed by a light dessert reception. The event also supports continued Holocaust education and efforts to combat antisemitism in the community.
