Celebrate America's 250th anniversary with an unforgettable evening of music at the Suffolk Y JCC! Long Island Celebrates America @ 250 is a concert for all ages featuring songs written and performed by American Jewish artists over the past century.
The performance will showcase internationally influenced vocalist Mor Schwartz, Cantor Steven Hevenstone of North Shore Synagogue, and Cantor Alexander Schinazi of Dix Hills Jewish Center. Before the show, guests can enjoy classic American favorites, including kosher hot dogs, corn on the cob, and more, available for purchase at the Chick Chak Café.

Ready to give pickleball a try? The Suffolk Y JCC is hosting a one-day Introduction to Pickleball Clinic on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the Suffolk Y JCC in Commack.
Designed exclusively for new players, this 90-minute Learn &amp; Play session introduces participants to the fundamentals of the game in a fun, welcoming environment. Attendees will learn basic skills, including serves, dinks, drills, scoring, and game play, with instruction geared toward beginners. 
The clinic is free for Suffolk Y JCC members and $10 for non-members. Advance registration is required.
