Commack Man Drove Drunk With His 3-Year-Old Daughter In Pickup Truck: Police
He was pulled over after a cop saw him driving erratically early Saturday, police say.

A Commack man was arrested for driving drunk with his 3-year-old daughter in his pickup truck early Saturday.
According to police, 41-year-old Henry Urquilla was driving his 2003 Dodge pickup on Candlewood Road in Bay Shore at about 12:05 a.m.when Third Precinct Police Officer Keith Anderson observed him driving erratically.
Anderson initiated a traffic stop and determined that Urquilla was drunk, police said. Urquilla was charged with aggravated DWI with a child passenger 15 years or younger (a felony under Leandra’s Law) and endangering the welfare of a child. Urquilla had an adult female passenger and her 3-year-old daughter in the vehicle with him.

Urquilla was arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip Saturday. He is being held on $7,000 bond or $3,500 cash bail.
