Harbor Pickleball Long Island has officially opened its doors at 5 Brayton Court in Commack, offering Long Island residents a central destination for year-round indoor pickleball. The club is easily accessible for players across Long Island because of its proximity to the Northern State Parkway and Jericho Turnpike. Through a community-centered approach designed for all players, Harbor Pickleball is bringing something new to the region: a true social hub built around the fastest-growing sport in the country.

The facility is housed within a commercial property owned by the Blumenfeld Development Group, whose deep knowledge of the Long Island real estate market recognized both the community's appetite for premium recreational space and the explosive growth of pickleball, making Harbor Pickleball the ideal tenant to bring the sport to Commack.

"Our knowledge of the Long Island market told us that a premier indoor pickleball facility in Commack would resonate deeply with this community," said Brad Blumenfeld, Principal of Blumenfeld Development Group. "Harbor Pickleball shares our commitment to delivering something exceptional, and we're proud to have them as a flagship tenant."

Harbor Pickleball Long Island features seven state-of-the-art indoor, climate-controlled courts with Pro-Cushion surfaces, the same professional-grade flooring used at elite facilities nationwide. Unlike hard or concrete-based surfaces found at many local gyms and recreation centers, Pro-Cushion courts are specifically engineered to reduce joint impact, absorb shock, and support long-term play; whether you’re a pickleball professional or just getting started, the difference is felt from the first rally. The facility also features professional-grade regulation spacing, premium lighting, and courtside cameras that let members review and save their game footage.

Harbor Pickleball is built around community as much as competition, starting with two local partnerships: Pino's of Dix Hills and Six Harbors Brewing Company, to bring an authentically Long Island experience to their self-pour beer/wine wall and grab-and-go offerings, creating a neighborhood destination designed to keep players, families, and friends lingering well after the final rally.
