Crime Report: Radio Shack Employee Arrested for Grand Larceny
Police say Carlos Argueta stole multiple cell phones from Radio Shack by opening fraudulent accounts.
An employee of Radio Shack was arrested last Wednesday for stealing cell phones.
Police said Carlos Argueta, 23, of Brentwood stole cell phones from the Radio Shack in Commack, by opening up multiple fraudulent accounts and then kept the accompanying free cell phone.
Police charged Argueta with felony third-degree grand larceny. According to court records, Argueta appeared at First District Court where bail was set at $20,000 bond or $10,000 cash. Records show Argueta was unable to make bail.
