COMMACK, NY - A driver was hospitalized after a two-car crash in Commack on Sunday night.

Emergency responders from the Commack Fire Department, Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps and Suffolk Police responded to the crash on Commack Road and Rensselaer Drive on at about 7 p.m.

One of the drivers was reportedly injured and transported to Huntington Hospital in Huntington.
