This class is presented in the style of Iyengar Yoga, which is a methodical approach of Hatha yoga.
Students will be led at their level through the basics of standing and seated postures. Benefits will include greater strength, flexibility and peace of mind.

Bring a yoga mat and firm blanket/block/belt (if you have). Wear loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move and be barefooted.

Due to the popularity of this class, at the time of registration a cardholder may only register for one spot in the class.
