NS Flag Youth Philosophy:
To teach the fundamentals of football in a safe, low-pressure, fun, friendly environment.
Sportsmanship and full participation are all mandatory.
Sportsmanship is an aspiration or attitude that a sport or activity will be enjoyed with proper consideration for fairness, ethics, respect, and a sense of fellowship with one's competitors.
Full Participation refers to giving every child the opportunity to play every position with the goal of letting them achieve some measure of success.
We meet once a week. There are no practices.
