The Basics of Boxing

Learn boxing skill (offense and defense), along with cardio routines using boxing footwork and movements.  Participants will practice on the speed bag as well as the heavy bags.  strength and agility exercises are also included.  There will be no "sparring" in this class.

Please bring your own gloves.  Class size is limited. Please call to register: 462-9800 ext. 122
