Man Arrested In Connection W/ Suffolk Robbery: Police

The man brandished what appeared to be a gun and stole money from someone, police say.

COMMACK, NY — A man was arrested in connection with a robbery in Commack, Suffolk police said.

William Mitchell, 20, of Central Islip, entered the back parking lot of North Suffolk Neurology, at 6080 Jericho Turnpike, and stole money while brandishing what appeared to be a handgun at 2 a.m. Wednesday, police said. He was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery, police said.
