Man Burglarizes Commack Store: Police

He threw a rock through a window and stole cash from the shop, police say.

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help to find the man who police said burglarized a Commack store in March.

A man threw a rock through a window at the Commack Smoke Shop, at 223 Commack Road, around 1:20 a.m. March 1, police said. The man stole cash, ran from the store, and got into a white SUV, police said. He is wanted for burglary.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
