UPDATE: Police Release Details on Tree Trimming Electrocution in Commack
The accident occurred Sunday morning, police say.

A man was electrocuted after he came in contact with PSEG power lines while trimming a tree in Commack Sunday morning, police said.
Oscar Diaz, 39, was working in a tree in the front yard of the home located at 25 Roberta Lane when he was electrocuted at about 10:30 a.m.
Diaz, of Brentwood, was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
Diaz was employed by GA Island Landscaping Corps. Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating.
The Commack Fire Department and PSEG also responded to the scene.
