Man Forcibly Touched Another Man In Walmart Bathroom: Cops

COMMACK, NY - Suffolk Police are seeking a man who forcibly touched another man in a Commack store in July.

The man entered the men’s restroom at Walmart on 85 Crooked Hill Road on July 28 at 12:45 p.m. and approached another man.

He then forcibly touched intimate parts of the other man’s body. The victim immediately backed away, exited the room and reported the incident to the store manager, who called the police.

The man (pictured above) is described as Spanish speaking, 40-years-old, crew cut with black, greying hair, black mustache, 5-foot-6 with a medium build.

He was wearing glasses, black sweatpants, a dark grey tee shirt and dark shoes.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
