Man Sexually Abused Girl, 12, He Met On Social Media: Police
He used Snapchat under the username "loudesttwhisper," where he also goes by "Jason," to contact the girl, police say.
SMITHTOWN, NY — A Hauppauge man was arrested after sexually abusing a girl, 12, who he met on social media, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, Jonathan Pak, 33, was arrested on Thursday; special victims section detectives received a tip about the abuse, police said.
Following an investigation, it was determined that Pak sexually abused the girl in a van in a parking lot on Crooked Hill Road in Commack in December 2025, police said.

Pak used Snapchat under the username "loudesttwhisper," where he also goes by "Jason," to contact the victim, police said.
Pak turned himself in at the Fourth Precinct and was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.

He was arraigned Thursday morning at First District Court in Central Islip, police said.
